This Employee function displays an employee's current training and provides for maintenance of employee training data. |
After Division and Employee Selection, the system displays a list of the employee's Current Training at the bottom of the page.
To change an entry, click in the desired row to display the data fields and enter your changes.
To delete an entry, click in the desired row.
Click to store your entries.
Select/enter employee data as follows:

The default Training Date is the Current Date. Enter the actual date of the training, since all notices and warnings (as set up by an HR administrator in Administration>Configuration Settings) are specified in terms of months related to this Date. The Expiration, Warning and Renewal dates are automatically populated based on these settings. For example:
The Default Expiration Date is expressed in months (e.g., 12) AFTER the Training Date.
The Default Warning Date is the number of months (e.g., 3) BEFORE the Expiration Date.
The Default Renewal Date is the number of months (e.g., 1) BEFORE the Expiration Date.
You may be required to make an entry in one or more of these date fields if set to "Required" in the Configuration Settings.
